GREL supplies and provides renewable energy products and services including solar panels, hybrid solar systems, batteries, inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV charging solutions, engineering services, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance services.

Product specifications, prices, availability, and delivery schedules may change depending on market conditions, manufacturer availability, exchange rates, transportation costs, customs duties, and project requirements.

Orders and Payments

An order will be considered confirmed after the customer completes the required payment or receives an official order confirmation from GREL.

Payments may be made through approved payment methods available on our website, including SSLCOMMERZ-supported payment channels.

For customized solar, BESS, EV charging, EPC, and engineering projects, payment terms may be specified separately in the quotation, purchase order, or contract.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of VAT, taxes, transportation, installation, civil works, or other project-specific charges. The applicable charges will be clearly mentioned during quotation or checkout.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, GREL will contact the customer and offer a replacement, revised delivery schedule, or refund as applicable.

Installation

Where installation is included, the customer must provide reasonable site access and necessary cooperation.

Additional costs may apply if the installation site requires additional cables, structures, civil works, electrical modifications, transportation, lifting equipment, or other work outside the standard package.

Warranty

Products supplied by GREL will be covered according to the applicable manufacturer and/or GREL warranty terms.

Warranty does not normally cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, accident, fire, flooding, lightning outside the designed protection system, abnormal grid conditions, physical damage, or improper operation.

Limitation

GREL shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, political disruptions, government restrictions, customs delays, transportation interruptions, manufacturer delays, or force majeure events.
