Project Background

Shah Fatehullah Textile Mills Limited was established in 1987 by Jalal Uddin Ahmed in the largest industrial zone in Fatullah, Narayangonj, Dhaka. Starting with only 25,000 spindle capacities, the current capacity reached 1,50,000 in 2019. For the last 32 years, SFTML has been producing very high-quality yarn for both local and export markets with 100% customer satisfaction and pride.

Project Description

Shah Fatehullah Textile Mills Limited, with a total load of 5MW and a light load of 100KW, is seeking a solar energy facility to produce 8.72 KW. GREL has provided a solution by designing and installing an 8.72 kWp grid-tied rooftop solar system with an AC capacity of 8 KW on the rooftop of the substation building of Shah Fatehullah Texttile Mills Ltd, for the purpose of a new connection.
